Project: Project Stunning Splendor (aka #ProjectStunningSplendor) is a comprehensive design-build remodel in Winchester featuring a kitchen, powder room, and primary bathroom, each caringly designed to create a cohesive yet distinct experience.
The kitchen’s existing linear footprint was elevated through improving the function and flow of the work zones with suitable storage solutions that refine the space and optimize effortless efficiency. The space consists of a dry bar with dual beverage centers for exceptional entertaining, a coffee run showcasing a built-in appliance for an uplifting morning perk, a refrigerator surround sound with storage, the main “L” shape at the perimeter displaying a luxurious range and hood along with a farm sink, and double islands fit for both work in the kitchen and for pleasure.
The kitchen honors the home’s traditional character while introducing a sophisticated aesthetic defined by a high contrasting and bold finish palette. Rich cherry cabinetry with a deep stained finish is paired with timeless quartz countertops, large format backsplash tile, and premium appliances tailored for our client, a home chef. A mix of metals, brass and black, adds depth and elegance.

The powder room is an extension of the kitchen space yet further dramatic in expression. A dark quartz countertop, statement backsplash, eye-catching mirror, and rich wall color come together to create an impactful space.
In the primary bath, the mood shifts to one of calm and relaxation. A softer palette of warm ivories and beiges, accented with aquamarine and a brushed bronze metal, curates a serene retreat balanced with beauty.
