Project: Modern grey and white bathroom remodel in Medford Condominium
When this Medford client contacted us, they wanted to know if we would take on a difficult project.
Their concerns included a very uneven floor, no natural light, the need to include a laundry area, and all of this in a very small space. We told them that we love a challenge. The finished project now has a bright and spacious feeling, and our clients love it!
The floating soft grey vanity cabinet gives a modern appearance, and creates the feeling of space. It also makes it easier to clean the floor!
The spacious countertop in a crisp white, helps brighten up the room.
The large wall mirror has a lighted frame, and gives the illusion of a bigger space. The recessed medicine cabinet adds storage and allows more light reflection.
The modern Symmons faucet and matching soap dispenser offer nice clean lines.
Our favorite feature is this frameless rolling glass shower door. It’s definitely a great focal point for this modern bathroom!

How do you add natural light to a bathroom with no exterior wall? Install a large transom window to bring in the light from the bright & sunny kitchen!
A frosted entrance door allows more natural light into the room, while giving plenty of privacy.
To complete all of our challenges, we were able to fit a stackable washer and dryer behind this bifold door.
