Working with McGuire + Co. Kitchen & Bath, we offer the option to manage your project from start to finish in a comprehensive design-build capacity. We start with a site visit from members of our construction and design team in order to get to know your home and take comprehensive measurements of your space.
In the design phase, we develop options to address floor plan layout and structural elements (for example, load bearing walls, window and door locations, etc.) that keep the overall project budget in mind. This allows our team to think through building and installation details to plan ahead for the eventual construction of your kitchen or bathroom project, and provide you with a realistic construction estimate.
In preparation for the start of your project, we work through a pre-construction checklist with our clients to plan for access to the home, schedules, children and pet safety, and communication preferences, among other things. Once construction is underway, we provide regular updates on the project schedule and progress milestones. Our team of licensed and insured professionals, many of whom have worked together for years, ensures that the project runs smoothly and is completed according to plan with the high quality craftsmanship that our clients have come to expect.
